The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") reports that on 16February 2017 at 3.30 p.m. the Supervisory Board dismissed from theManagement Board of ENERGA SA as of 16 February 2017 Mrs. Mariola AnnaZmudzińska, who held the position of Vice President of the ManagementBoard for Investor Relations.
