The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") announces that the onlyshareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Annual General Meeting("AGM") of the Company held on 26 June 2017 was the State Treasury,entitled to 358 254 317 votes from the possessed shares, whichrepresented 89.19% of the votes taking part in the AGM and constituted64.09% of the total number of the Company's shares.
