The Management Board of ENERGA SA ("Company") announces that the onlyshareholder holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting ("EGM") of the Company held on 15 February 2018 was the StateTreasury, entitled to 358 254 317 votes from the possessed shares, whichrepresented 87.65% of the votes taking part in the EGM and constituted64.09% of the total number of the Company's shares.
