The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 5 May 2020the Company's Supervisory Board adopted the resolution to appoint as of7 May 2020 Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak to the Energa SA'sManagement Board of the 6th term of office for the function of VicePresident of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs.
