With regard to the current report No. 4/2022 of 27 January 2022, theManagement Board of Energa SA announces that the Consolidated annualreport of Energa Group for 2021 and the Standalone annual report ofEnerga SA for 2021, originally scheduled for disclosure on 18 March2022, will be published on 31 March 2022.
