The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 7 April2022, Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak submitted her resignation formthe functions of the President of the Company's Management Board and theMember of the Company's Management Board, effective as of the end of 8April 2022.

The reason for the resignation is appointing Ms. IwonaWaksmundzka-Olejniczak for the function of the President of theManagement Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A.
