The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that on 12 July2022 Ms. Iwona Waksmundzka-Olejniczak submitted a statement ofresignation effective as of the same day from the position of Member ofthe Supervisory Board of the Company. The statement was submittedwithout giving a reason for the resignation.
