The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") informs that Mr. MichałPerlik submitted a statement of resignation from the Management Board ofthe Company and from the position of Vice-President for Finance andClimate, effective as of the end of 28 May 2024. The statement wassubmitted without giving a reason for the resignation.
