Subject: Estimated financial and operational data of the Energa Groupfor H1 and Q2 2024

The Management Board of Energa SA hereby reports estimated selectedfinancial and operational data of the Energa Group ("Group") for thefirst half of 2024 and for the second quarter of 2024.

Selected data for H1 2024:

Revenues of the Group: 11,606 PLN million (vs. PLN 13,434 million in H12023).

EBITDA of the Group: 2,109 PLN million (vs. PLN 2,607 million in H12023).

Operating result (EBIT) of the Group: 1,490 PLN million (vs. PLN 2,022million in H1 2023).

Net result of the Group: PLN 833 million (vs. PLN 1,424 million in H12023).

CAPEX of the Group: PLN 1,916 million (vs. PLN 1,731 million in H1 2023).

Distribution of electricity: 11,476 GWh (vs. 11,264 GWh in H1 2023).

Gross production of electricity: 1,456 GWh (vs. 1,740 GWh in H1 2023).

Retail sales of electricity: 8,421 GWh (vs. 8,582 GWh in H1 2023).

In H1 2024, the Energa Group generated PLN 2,109 million in EBITDA(operating profit before amortization and impairment of non-financialnon-current assets). This result was mainly influenced by the results ofthe Distribution Business Line in the amount of PLN 1,605 million. Inthe Generation Business Line, the EBITDA result amounted to PLN 253million, while the Sales Business Line generated the EBITDA of PLN 250million.

Selected data for Q2 2024:

Revenues of the Group: PLN 5,352 million (vs. PLN 6,011 million in Q22023).

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 1,028 million (vs. PLN 276 million in Q2 2023).

Operating result (EBIT) of the Group: PLN 716 million (vs. PLN -19million in Q2 2023).

Net result of the Group: PLN 402 million (vs. PLN -147 million in Q22023).

CAPEX of the Group: PLN 1,157 million (vs. PLN 1,018 million in Q2 2023).

Distribution of electricity: 5,371 GWh (vs. 5,436 GWh in Q2 2023).

Gross production of electricity: 586 GWh (vs. 731 GWh in Q2 2023).

Retail sales of electricity: 3,816 GWh (vs. 3,999 GWh in Q2 2023).

In Q2 2024, the Energa Group's EBITDA amounted to 1,028, of which theDistribution Business Line generated PLN 656 million, the GenerationBusiness Line PLN 70 million and the Sales Business Line PLN 279 million.

The data presented are estimates and are subject to review by theauditor, therefore they may change. The final financial and operationaldata of the Energa Group for H1 2024 and for Q2 2024 for will bepresented in the consolidated financial statements of Energa Group forH1 2024.
