Subject: Estimated financial and operational data of the Energa Groupfor Q4 2024 and for 2024

The Management Board of Energa SA hereby reports estimated selectedfinancial and operational data of the Energa Group ("Group") for thefourth quarter of 2024 and for 2024.

Estimated selected data for Q4 2024:

Revenues of the Group: PLN 5,923 million (vs. PLN 6,598 million in Q42023),

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 600 million (vs. PLN -473 million in Q4 2023),

Operating result (EBIT) of the Group: PLN 253 million (vs. PLN -792million in Q4 2023),

Net profit of the Group: PLN 48 million (vs. PLN -1,013 million in Q42023),

CAPEX of the Group: PLN 2,005 million (vs. PLN 1,519 million in Q4 2023),

Distribution of electricity: 5,810 GWh (vs. 5,801 GWh in Q4 2023),

Gross production of electricity: 692 GWh (vs. 971 GWh in Q4 2023),

Retail sales of electricity: 4 382 GWh (vs. 4,571 GWh in Q4 2023).

In Q4 2024, the Energa Group generated PLN 600 million in EBITDA(operating profit before amortization and impairment of non-financialnon-current assets). This result was mainly influenced by the results ofthe Distribution Business Line in the amount of PLN 548 million. In theGeneration Business Line, the EBITDA result amounted to PLN 193 million,while the Sales Business Line generated the EBITDA loss of PLN -73million.

Estimated selected data for 2024:

Revenues of the Group: PLN 22,753 million (vs. PLN 26,087 million in2023),

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 3,379 million (vs. PLN 2,885 million in 2023),

Operating result (EBIT) of the Group: PLN 2,096 million (vs. PLN 1,692million in 2023),

Net profit of the Group: PLN 959 million (vs. PLN 606 million in 2023),

Capital expenditures: PLN 5,062 million (vs. PLN 4,448 million in 2023),

Distribution of electricity: 22,702 GWh (vs. 22,411 GWh in 2023),

Gross production of electricity: 2,698 GWh (vs. 3,449 GWh in 2023),

Retail sales of electricity: 16,726 GWh (vs. 17,117 GWh in 2023).

In 2024, the Energa Group's EBITDA amounted to PLN 3,379 million, ofwhich the Distribution Business Line generated PLN 2,840 million, theGeneration Business Line PLN 520 million and the Sales Business Line PLN103 million.

The data presented are estimates and are subject to review by theauditor, therefore they may change. The final financial and operationaldata of the Energa Group for Q4 2024 and for 2024 will be presented inthe consolidated financial statements of the Energa Group for 2024.
