Subject: Supplementary information on the person appointed to theposition of Member of the Management Board of Energa SA -supplementation of the current report No. 20/2025

The Management Board of Energa SA ("Company") hereby providesinformation on the Member of the Management Board of the Companyappointed on 12 June 2025 by the Supervisory Board of the Company to theManagement Board of the 8th term of office of Energa SA as of 1 July2025.

Mr. Michał Gołebiowski - Vice-President of the Management Board ofEnerga SA

Michał Gołębiowski graduated with a law degree from the Faculty of Lawand Administration at the University of Warsaw.

From 2009 to 2014, he was responsible for corporate governance ofstrategic companies in the oil and gas sector at the Ministry of StateTreasury. His responsibilities included coordinating key investmentsrelated to Poland's energy security, legislative work, and negotiationswith the European Commission on matters critical to projects carried outby supervised entities.

Previously, at the Ministry of the Environment, he was involved in tasksrelated to the greenhouse gas emissions trading system, includinginternational negotiations under the Kyoto Protocol.

Since 2014, he has worked in regional teams of leading technologycompanies (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle), focusing on the development ofcooperation with key clients, including those in the energy sector, inareas such as transformation projects and business process optimisation.

Since June 2024, he served as President of the Management Board of OrlenEnergia, a company responsible for the centralisation of wholesaleelectricity trade at ORLEN Group.

Mr. Michał Gołebiowski is not engaged in any activities competitive tothe business of Energa SA, does not participate in a company competitiveto Energa SA as a partner of a civil law partnership, a partnership oras a member of a capital company body and does not participate in anyother competitive legal person as a member of its corporate bodies aswell as she is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtorsmaintained under the National Register Court Act.
