Correction of an obvious clerical error in the FON SE semi-annual report and information on the registration of amendment.

The Management Board of FON SE (the "Company") hereby informs about the correction of an obvious clerical error in the Management Board's Report constituting part of the Company's semi-annual report for the period from 01 July 2025 to 31 December 2025, published on 20 February 2026.

In the content of the Management Board's Report it was incorrectly stated that as of 26 November 2025 the Company's share capital amounted to EUR 6 475 thousand and consisted of 6 475 000 no-par value shares with a book value of EUR 0,10 per share.

The correct wording is as follows:

"As of 26 November 2025 the Company's share capital amounted to EUR 6 475 000 and consisted of 6 475 000 no-par value shares with a book value of EUR 1,00 per share. Number of shares admitted to trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as at the date of publication of the report: 6 475 000."

All other information contained in the semi-annual report remains unchanged. The correction is of an editorial nature only and does not affect the financial data, results or financial position of the Company.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that on 23 February 2026 the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association resulting from the resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 17 November 2025 were registered. As a result of the registration, the Articles of Association received new wording with respect to ยง 2 section 1:

"2.1. The minimum share capital of the Company shall be EUR 500 000 (five hundred thousand euro) and the maximum share capital shall be EUR 2 000 000 (two million euro)."

As of the date of registration of the amendments, i.e. 23 February 2026, the Company's share capital amounts to EUR 500 000 and is divided into 5 000 000 no-par value shares with a book value of EUR 0,10 per share.
