(_quot;Issuer_quot;) announces that today, i.e.29 November 2021, it has been notified that a patent office has filed apatent application entitled _quot;Thermal interface arrangement_quot; for thetechnology developed by the Issuer.The described applicationconcerns the author's method of heat transfer and measurement. Theapplication was filed with the UK Intellectual Property Office.TheIssuer's invention may be widely used not only in diagnostics, but alsoin biomedical solutions, electronics or mechanics. The described patentapplication secures the risk of using the same technology by othercompanies.The Issuer's Management Board considered the filing ofthe described patent application to be confidential information, becausein the case of an entity operating on the molecular diagnostics market,where new technologies represent a significant competitive advantage, itis necessary to effectively protect intellectual and industrialproperty. In addition, due to the possible wide use of the Genomtec'sS.A. invention also outside the field of genetic diagnostics - its fullprotection may affect the value of the Company in the future.Technologiesof heat conduction and measurement are one of the key technology areasdeveloped by the Issuer. For these reasons, in the opinion of theManagement Board, this information meets the criteria for confidentialinformation within the meaning of Article 17.1 of MAR.
