The shareholders whichheld at least 5% of votes at GPW OGM were:• the State Treasury ofthe Republic of Poland which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 75.58% ofvotes at the GPW OGM and 51.76% of the total vote,• ING OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny which held 2,000,000 votes equal to 5.15% of votes atthe GPW OGM and 3.52% of the total vote.The total number of sharesissued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number ofvotes conferred by the shares is 56,751,470.Legal basis: Article70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing theIntroduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and PublicCompanies of 29 July 2005.
