Mr. Eugeniusz Szumiejko served as a Member of theExchange Supervisory Board from February 22, 2017.Further to theforegoing, the Exchange Management Board announces that the ExchangeSupervisory Board is currently composed of six members. The compositionmeets the requirements concerning the minimum number of members of theSupervisory Board of a public company laid down in Article 385(1) of theCommercial Companies Code and Article 13(2) of the Company's Articles ofAssociation, and the Exchange Supervisory Board is capable of doing allthings provided for in laws and the Articles of Association.Legalbasis: § 5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,2018 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
