With regard to the current report No. 29/2022 of 15 December 2022, theManagement Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Exchange"), hereby informsabout its decision to change the publication date of the Annual reportfor 2022 and Consolidated annual report for 2022, from 16 March 2023 to12 April 2023.At the same time, the Company informs that it willprovide in advance preliminary estimated consolidated financial data forthe fourth quarter of 2022.Legal basis: § 80 (2) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 regardingcurrent and periodic information provided by issuers of securities andconditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state.
