Current Report No. 13/2023Date: 26 June 2023Topic:Changes in the composition of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Supervisory BoardLegalbasis: Article 56.1(2) of the Offering Act - current and periodicinformationContent:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW","Company") informs that the Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM") of the GPWon 26 June 2023 dismissed the Member of the Exchange Supervisory Board -Mr Filip Paszke.Additionally the OGM appointed Ms Eva Sudol tothe Exchange Supervisory Board.The Company provides the biographicalnote of newly appointed Supervisory Board member as the attachment.Accordingto the statements provided by Ms Eva Sudol, she does not perform in anyform any activities competitive to the GPW, is not engaged in acompetitive companies as partners in a partnership or civil lawpartnership or members of authorities of a joint stock company, and isnot engaged in any other competitive legal entity as members of itsauthority. Furthermore, according to the statements of the newlyappointed member of the Exchange Supervisory Board, she does not haverecords in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act onthe National Court Register.Legal basis: § 5 (4) and (5) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditionsunder which information required by legal regulations of a third countrymay be recognised as equivalent.
