Consolidated quarterly reports:-Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024 - 16 May 2024-Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024 - 7 November 20243.Consolidated report for H1 2024 - 22 August 2024Inaccordance with § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and on conditions under which information requiredby legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent("Regulation"), the Company will not publish a consolidated quarterlyreport for Q4 2023 and Q2 2024.The Company further announcesthat in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3 the aforementionedRegulation, consolidated quarterly and semiannual reports will includeabridged versions of quarterly separate financial information andsemiannual separate financial report.
