Current Report No. 6/2024Date: 5 February 2024Topic:Appointment of Mr Tomasz Bardziłowski as President of the ManagementBoard of the Warsaw Stock ExchangeLegal basis: Article 56. 1(2)of the Act on Offering - current and periodic informationContent:TheWarsaw Stock Exchange ("Company", "GPW") informs that on 5 February2024, on the motion of the State Treasury, a shareholder representing35.01% of the share capital of the Company, the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange has adopted a resolution to appointMr Tomasz Bardziłowski as President of the GPW Management Board.Theaforementioned decision shall enter into force on the date of deliveryto the Company of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority decision onits consent for the change on the GPW Management Board.TheCompany provides the biographical note of newly appointed President ofthe Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange as the attachment.Accordingto the statement provided by Mr Tomasz Bardziłowski he does not performin any form any activities competitive to the GPW, he is not engaged ina competitive company as a partner in a partnership or civil lawpartnership or a member of an authority of a joint stock company, and heis not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as a member of itsauthority. Furthermore, Mr Tomasz Bardziłowski does not have a record inthe Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on theNational Court Register.Legal basis: § 5 (5) of the Regulationof the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 regarding current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditionsfor recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state.
