Current Report No. 7/2024Date: 5 February 2024Legalbasis of the report: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering - GSMlist over 5% of voteTopic: List of shareholders holding at least5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of theWarsaw Stock Exchange on 5 February 2024Content:TheWarsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") informs that the shareholders present atthe GPW Extraordinary General Meeting on 5 February 2024 ("GPW EGM")jointly held 39,396,792 votes.The shareholder which held atleast 5% of votes at GPW EGM were:- the State Treasury, which held29,390,940 votes equal to 74.60% of votes at the GPW EGM and 51.80% ofthe total vote.- Allianz Polska OFE, which held 2,242,998 vote equalto 5.69% of votes at the GPW EGM and 3.95% of the total vote.- NNOFE, which held 2,098,000 vote equal to 5.33% of votes at the GPW EGMand 3.70% of the total vote.The total number of shares issued bythe Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votesconferred by the shares is 56,744,470.Legal basis: Article 70.3of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction ofFinancial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29July 2005.
