The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company", "Exchange") presents in anenclosure hereto the content of resolutions adopted by the GPW OrdinaryGeneral Meeting on 11 July 2024, after the resumption of theproceedings, which started on 27 June 2024.

At the same time, GPW presents the resolutions that were put to the voteand were not taken by the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on 11 July 2024.

Legal basis: Article 19(1)(6), Article 19(1)(8), Article 19(1)(9) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic reports published by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognising as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state.
