Topic: Polish Financial Supervision Authority approval of change on theGPW Management Board

In reference to Current Report No. 18/2024 of 26 June 2024, the WarsawStock Exchange ("Exchange", "GPW", "Company") informs that today it hasbecome aware that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority approvedchange on the Exchange Management Board on the recalling of Mr AdamMłodkowski, Member of the Exchange Management Board, from the GPWManagement Board.

Furthermore, the GPW informs that Company awaits delivery of the abovementioned decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to theCompany.

Legal basis: § 5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and on conditions under which information required by legalregulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
