Consolidated quarterly reports:-Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2025 - 14 May 2025-Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2025 - 6 November 20253.Semi-annual reports - Report for H1 2025 and Consolidated report for H12025 - 20 August 2025In accordance with § 79 section 2 of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditionsunder which information required by legal regulations of a third countrymay be recognized as equivalent ("Regulation"), the Company will notpublish a consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2024 and Q2 2025.TheCompany further announces that in accordance with § 62 sections 1 and 3the aforementioned Regulation, consolidated quarterly and semiannualreports will include abridged versions of quarterly separate financialinformation and semiannual separate financial report.
