Current Report No. 11/2025Date: 25 June 2025Topic: Supplementaryinformation for the Annual General MeetingLegal basis: Article56(1)(2) of the Offering Act - current and periodic reportsFurtherto Current Report No. 9/2025 of 3 June 2025, the Management Board ofWarsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW", "Company", "Exchange") informs that on 25June 2025, Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolutions from No.45/2264/2025 to No. 58/2277/2025 on recommending to the Annual GeneralMeeting of the Company to discharge the members of the Supervisory Boardof the Company for the performance of their duties for 2024, andresolutions from No. 59/2278/2025 to No. 66/2285/2025 on recommending tothe Annual General Meeting of the Company to discharge the members ofthe Management Board of the Company for the performance of their dutiesfor 2024.The Supervisory Board of the Company recommends thedischarge of duties for the year 2024 to all members of the SupervisoryBoard of the Company.The Supervisory Board recommends that thefollowing members of the Management Board of the Company be dischargedfrom their duties for 2024: Mr Tomasz Bardziłowski, Ms Monika Gorgoń, MrMichał Kobza, Ms Izabela Olszewska, Mr Sławomir Panasiuk and Mr MarcinRulnicki.Taking into account the assessment of the performanceof the functions of a member of the Management Board, and in particular,the manner of conducting and supervising projects implemented by theCompany and conducting other affairs of the Company, the manner ofperforming corporate duties provided for by the law and theircommunication, the findings of audits conducted and pending in theCompany, including internal audits and the work of the Board, theSupervisory Board does not recommend to the Annual General Meeting ofthe Company to grant a discharge to Mr Marek Dietl and Mr AdamMłodkowski for the performance of their duties as members of theCompany's Management Board for the year 2024.Legal basis:Article 19(1)(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29March 2018 on current and periodic reports published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
