Change of release date of consolidated quarterly report for the firstquarter of 2022

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that the release date of the Company's a consolidatedquarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 ended 31 March 2022,scheduled for 12 May 2022 (as announced in the current report No.12/2022 dated 31 January 2022), is changed to 19 May 2022.

Simultaneously, following the regulations of §62 sec. 1 and 3 of theRegulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning thesubmission of current periodical information by the securities' issuersand also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demandedby the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold themembership in European Union, Company informs that it is its intentionto present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2022 standalonefinancial statements as referred to in § 62 item 1 of the Decree.

The other release dates of interim reports in 2022 remain unchanged.

Legal basis: Art. 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic disclosures by issuersof securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent theinformation that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
