Appointment of the Supervisory Board Member of Globe Trade CentreS.A.
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("the Company") herebyinforms that on 21 April 2022 it received a written statements of IconaSecuritization Opportunities Group S._#224; r.l. acting on behalf of itscompartment Central European Investments with its registered office inLuxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg ("Entitled Shareholder"),according to which the Entitled Shareholder appoints Mr. Bruno Vanninias member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, effectiveimmediately. Appointment was made pursuant to article 9 point 1 of thearticles of association of the Company.
Pursuant to its statement and the deposit certificate attached thereto,the Entitled Shareholder holds 90,176,000 shares in the Company, whichconstitute 15.7% of the Company's share capital.
Mr. Bruno Vannini has been the General Counsel and Head of Acquisitionsand Structuring of Icona Capital since 2022. Prior to joining IconaCapital, he worked as Partner responsible for banking and finance atSBKG _amp; ASSOCIES between 2017 and 2021. Earlier, he was an Associate atClifford Chance specializing in banking and finance between 2012-2017.From 2006 to 2012, Mr. Vannini worked as an Associate at ORRICK RAMBAUDMARTEL specializing in global finance. Mr Vannini started hisprofessional career in 2005 as an Associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel.
Mr. Vannini graduated with a master's degree in Business Law fromUniversit_#233; de Versailles - Saint-Quentin en Yvelines. He also completedhis postgraduate studies in Contracts Law (Universit_#233; de Versailles -Saint-Quentin en Yvelines) and International Business (Universit_#233; ParisIX - Dauphine). He was admitted to the Paris Bar in March 2005.
According to his statement, Mr. Vannini is not entered in the registerof insolvent debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the NationalCourt Register of 20 August 1997 and is not engaged in any activitiescompetitive to the Company's business, does not participate in acompetitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, apartnership or as a member of the authority of a capital company oranother competitive legal entity.
