Distribution of dividend for 2022

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) herebyannounces that on 21 June 2023 the Annual General Meeting of the Companypassed resolution no. 5 on the distribution of profit.

The Annual General Meeting resolved to distribute the profit in theamount (i) shown as the profit for financial year ending 31 December2022 in the Company's financial statements, i.e. the amount of PLN108,934,000, increased by (ii) the part of the spare capital (kapitałzapasowy), created from retained earnings in previous years, in theamount of PLN 23,144,678.06 to the Company's shareholders in the form ofa dividend in the total amount of PLN 132,078,678.06.

The dividend to be paid by the Company shall amount to PLN 0.23 pershare. The dividend is to be paid on all 574,255,122 of the Company'sshares.

Under the resolution, the dividend record date was set for 14 July 2023,and the dividend payment date will be 15 September 2023.
