Change of release date of consolidated quarterly report for the firstquarter of 2024

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that the release date of the Company's a consolidatedquarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 ended 31 March 2024,scheduled for 30 May 2024 (as announced in the current report No. 1/2024dated 30 January 2024), is changed to 28 May 2024.

Simultaneously, following the regulations of Art 62 sec. 1 and 3 of theRegulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 concerning thesubmission of current periodical information by the securities' issuersand also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demandedby the national lawful regulation of a country which does not hold themembership in European Union, Company informs that it is its intentionto present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2024 standalonefinancial statements as referred to in Art 62 item 1 of the Decree.

The other release dates of interim reports in 2024 remain unchanged.

Legal grounds: Art 80 sec. 2 of the Regulation of the Council ofMinisters of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of currentperiodical information by the securities' issuers and also theconditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by thenational lawful regulation of a country which does not hold themembership in European Union.
