Changes in the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre SA

The Management Board of Globe Trade Center S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) herebyinforms that on 18 March 2024, the Company entered into a mutualemployment contract termination agreement with Barbara Sikora, whoresigned from her seat on the Management Board of the Company. Theresignation is effective at the date of the contract, however BarbaraSikora will stay with the Company as long as it is necessary to allowfor smooth transition of her responsibilities.
