Change in the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre SA

The Management Board of Globe Trade Center S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;) herebyinforms that on 23 April 2024, the Supervisory Board of GTC appointedMr. Bal_#225;zs Gosztonyi as a member of the Management Board of GTC S.A. Theappointment is effective 24 April 2024.

Mr. Bal_#225;zs Gosztonyi is CFO of GTC Hungary since January 2024. He joinedGTC Group in September 2023 as Head of Group Controlling. Before GTC hewas an advisor to CFO at Talentis Központi Követel_#233;skezel_#337; Zrt. Mr.Gosztonyi started his professional career as a Management Consultant atIFUA Horv_#225;th _amp; Partners (Budapest, Riyadh, Dubai), later moving on tovarious positions in the field of finance and management to become CFOand Interim CEO in various sectors (i.e. media _amp; healthcare).

Mr. Bal_#225;zs Gosztonyi graduated from Management Accounting andControlling of the Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus, Denmark and holdsMaster of Business Administration degree. He also studied controlling inHungary at Budapesti M_#369;szaki _#233;s Gazdas_#225;gtudom_#225;nyi Egyetem.

According to his statement, Mr. Gosztonyi is not entered in the registerof insolvent debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the NationalCourt Register of 20 August 1997, does not perform any activitiesoutside of the Company's business which could be considered competitivewith respect thereto, does not participate in any competitive businesseither as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type ofpartnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competitivecompany or any other competitive entity.
