Resignation of the Supervisory Board's member of Globe Trade CentreS.A.

The management board of Globe Trade Centre SA ("GTC", "Company") informsthat on 6 January 2025, received a written statements of Lorant Dudasaccording to which Mr. Dudas resigned from his seat on the supervisoryboard of the Company, effective as of 5 January 2025
