Overdue notification regarding transactions settled on 23 October2020 and change in shareholding of GTC S.A. received from PowszechneTowarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Center S.A. ("Company", "GTC S.A.")hereby informs that on 29 July 2025, that Company received a writtennotice from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. ("PTE PZU S.A.")acting on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" ("OFEPZU") and Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny PZU ("DFE PZU"), according towhich the PTE PZU S.A. hereby submits a overdue notification regardingtransactions settled on 23 October 2020 and the reduction of the totalshare of votes held by OFE PZU and DFE PZU below 10% of votes at thegeneral meeting of shareholders of GTC S.A. (ISIN: PLGTC0000037, LEIcode: 25940046GV7I3I2ZN618).

The Company hereby submits the notification referred to above.

As a result of the transactions concluded on 22 October 2020 (settled on23 October 2020) by OFE PZU selling 6,840,367 shares in the Company andby DFE PZU selling 52,393 shares in the Company, the total share of OFEPZU and DFE PZU decreased to a level below 10% votes at the generalmeeting of shareholders of the Company.

PTE PZU S.A. representing the above-mentioned funds, also notified that:

- it does not have subsidiaries which hold shares in the Company,- asituation referred to Article 69 section 4 point 6 of the Polish Act onPublic Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of FinancialInstruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies of 29 July2005 does not take place,- it does not hold financial instrumentsreferred to Article 69b section 1 point 1 and 2 of the act mention above.
