Change in the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company") herebyinforms that on 28 August 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Companydecided to appointment Mr. Sebastian Junghnel to the position of memberof the Management Board of Company and Chief Operating Officer effectiveas of 2 September 2025.

For over 18 years, Sebastian Junghnel has been active in the commercialand residential real estate sector in Germany and Central and EasternEurope. He specializes in asset management, strategic and operationalplanning, and project development, with a strong focus on ESG andinnovation. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of ZEITGEIST AssetManagement, over 11 years he built from scratch a real estate portfolioworth EUR 1 billion, covering residential, office, hospitality, andstudent housing projects across five CEE countries. Previously, he heldsenior management positions at the HOCHTIEF Group, where he wasresponsible for projects in Germany, Austria, Turkey, and the CzechRepublic.

He holds degrees in Architecture from the Berlin University of the Artsand in Industrial Engineering _ Management from the TechnischeUniversitt Berlin, complemented by specialized programs at European andU.S. universities in real estate, business strategy, and architecture.

According to the statements Sebastian Junghnel is not entered in theregister of insolvent debtors maintained in compliance with the Act onthe National Court Register dated 20 August 1997.

Sebastian Junghnel participates in business activities competitive tothe Company and its operations, within the meaning of Article 12 section6 of the Company's Articles of Association by holding, through FamilyOffice Junghnel s.r.o., shares in: ZEITGEIST Asset Management s.r.o.,Lónyay _ Liget City Management Kft., GW-Park GmbH i.G., SPNK 4 s.r.o.,Riviera Hospitality s.r.l., ILC355 S.A., Odolo Sp. z o.o., Mietz GmbHand Carr Mobility GmbH.

In addition, Sebastian Junghnel holds the position of Managing Directorof Lónyay _ Liget City Management Kft., GW-Park GmbH i.G., RivieraHospitality s.r.l., Odolo Sp. z o.o., LBBProjektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, Liget City Project Kft. and LónyayProperty Kft., which are considered competitive to the Company and itsoperations, within the meaning of Article 12 section 6 of the Company'sArticles of Association.

Apart from the engagements described above, Sebastian Junghnel does notconduct any other business activity, nor does he participate in anycompetitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or anyother type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of anycompeting company or any other competing entity.
