Changes in the Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A.
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. ("Company") herebyinforms that on 27 October 2025 the Supervisory Board of the Companyaccepted the resignation submitted by Ms. Małgorzata Czaplicka from theposition of President of the Management Board of the Company, effectiveas of that date, and adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Botond Rencz asPresident of the Management Board of the Company, effective as of themoment of adoption of the resolution.
This organizational change follows the successful completion of theCompany's bond refinancing process, which Ms. Czaplicka skillfully ledduring her tenure as President of the Management Board since May 2025.The Supervisory Board of the Company expresses its appreciation to Ms.Małgorzata Czaplicka for her valuable contribution and effectiveleadership during this critical period. Ms. Czaplicka will continue toprovide advisory support to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Botond Rencz (formally Antal Botond Rencz) served as the member ofthe Management Board of the Company and Chief Business SustainabilityOfficer since 11 August 2025. He is an experienced international leaderin the financial and advisory sectors. Mr. Rencz spent nearly 30 yearswith Ernst _ Young (EY) and Arthur Andersen, holding various seniorpositions in Hungary and across the Central European region. As CEOHungary and regional leader, he oversaw a regional network of severalthousand professionals across the EY's operations in the Czech Republic,Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Hungary. Under his leadership,EY Hungary became a market leader, particularly in tax advisoryservices. Throughout his career, he also served as Tax Leader, later TaxManaging Partner at EY Central Europe and Chairman of the Tax Committeeat AmCham, where he successfully advocated for reducing Hungary'scorporate income tax rate. In 2024, he served as CEO of Eu-Solar, apublicly listed green energy company. His achievements have beenrecognized with awards from the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agencyand the Hungarian Minister of Finance. He is a graduate of theUniversity of Economics in Budapest.
