(the "Company") provides theattached list of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votesat the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 18, 2024 togetherwith the number of votes to which each of them is entitled due to theshares held and an indication of their percentage share in the number ofvotes at this Meeting and in the total number of votes.
