TheManagement Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company")informs that today the Company received the decision of the DistrictCourt for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Divisionof the National Court Register regarding registration on July 1, 2024 inthe National Court Register of the amendments to the Company's Articlesof Association adopted based on the resolution no. 20/2024 of theOrdinary General Meeting of the Company dated June 18, 2024 (the "Resolution").About the adoption of the abovementioned resolution the Management Boardinformed in the current report no. 6/2024 of June 18, 2024.

Theamendments to the Articles of Association that were registered areindicated in attachment 1 to this report.

Furthermore,Company's Management Board informs that the Ordinary General Meeting ofthe Company dated June 18, 2024 by the resolution no. 21/2024 adoptedthe consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Associationincorporating the amendments made pursuant to the Resolution.
