Title:Receipt of a notification of appointment of members of the SupervisoryBoard of the new term of office by Frascati Investments sp. z o.o.

Contentof the report:

TheManagement Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company")informs that on May 28,2025 received from the Company's shareholder - Frascati Investments sp.z o.o. (the "Shareholder") notificationof appointment, in exercise of the personal right vested in theShareholder pursuant to § 14(2)(a) of the Company's Articles ofAssociation, of:

1)Mr.Maciej Artur Noga as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of theCompany of the new term of office;

2)Mr.Wojciech Robert Stankiewicz asa Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for the new term ofoffice, and

3)Mr.Mirosław Bogusław Stachowicz asa Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for the new term ofoffice.

In theattachment, the Company's Management Board provides the resumes of theaforementioned members of the Company's Supervisory Board of the newterm of office, including information on their education, qualificationsand positions previously held, along with professional history, as wellas indicating other activities performed outside the Company'senterprise.

Accordingto the representations made, the activities performed by theaforementioned members of the Company's Supervisory Board of the newterm of office do not compete with the function to be performed by eachof them in the Company. In addition, none of them participates in acompetitive company towards the Company as a partner in a civilpartnership, partnership or capital company nor participates in anothercompetitive legal entity as a member of its body. Also, they are notentered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to theAct on the National Court Register.
