TheManagement Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the "Company")informs about the change of the date of publication by the Company ofthe consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2025.

Accordingto the current report no. 01/2025 dated January 20, 2025 the originallyscheduled publication date for this report was August 28, 2025. The newdate for the publication of the consolidated semiannual report for thefirst half of 2025 is set for August 26, 2025.

The otherdates for publication of periodic reports announced in the currentreport no. 01/2025 of January 20, 2025 remain unchanged.

§ 84section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securitiesand conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state.
