Change of publication date for semi-annual report for H12024

The Management Board of ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") informs thatthe semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 due to be published on28 August 2024 (report No. 1/2024 on 26 January 2024), will now bepublished on 14 August 2024.

Legal grounds: Article 80.2 of the Minister for Finance Regulation of 29March 2018 on current and interim information provided by securitiesissuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the informationrequired by law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws item 757).
