2024-12-20 Report No. 38/2024: Polish Financial Supervision Authority_#8216;sconsent to appointment of the President of the Management Board of INGBank Śląski S.A.

Further to current report no. 27/2024 of 3 September 2024, theManagement Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") communicate to havelearnt on 20 December 2024 that the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority consented to appointing Mr Michał Bolesławski as the Presidentof the Bank Management Board.

Pursuant to Supervisory Board Resolution of 3 September 2024, theappointment will be effective as of the date of the General Meetingapproving the 2024 financial statements.
