The Management Board of ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. informs that followinginformation has been submitted for publication in the Monitor Sądowy iGospodarczy:

a) total amount of outstanding mortgage covered bonds issued by ING BankHipoteczny S.A. as of the last day of the financial year (December 31,2024) amounted PLN 500 000 000,00;

b) total amount of receivables of ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. andsubstitute assets registered in the cover pool registry as of the lastday of the financial year (December 31, 2024) amounted PLN 2 569 095678,00.
