Change of publication date for annual report for 2024

The Management Board of ING Bank Hipoteczny S.A. ("Bank") informs thatthe annual report for 2024 due to be published on 30 April 2025 (reportNo. 1/2025 on 21 January 2025), will now be published on 17 April 2025.

Legal basis:Article 80.1 of the Minister for Finance Regulation of29 March 2018 on current and interim information provided by securitiesissuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the informationrequired by law of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018 item 757).
