2026-03-24 Report No.13/2026: Notification of transactions in financialinstruments made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank") hereby discloses the notifications oftransactions, as referred to in Article 19.1 of Regulation (EU) No596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014,in derivatives (payout - conversion of previously granted phantom sharesinto cash) and shares (free-of-charge acquisition as a component ofvariable remuneration under the Incentive Scheme for the Bank'sIdentified Staff ) made by persons discharging managerialresponsibilities.The notifications were received by the Bankfrom the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities atthe Bank:

Michał Bolesławski - President of the Bank Management Board,2.Marcin Giżycki - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board,3.Bożena Graczyk - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board,4.Marcin Kościński - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board,5.Maciej Ogórkiewicz - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board,6.Alicja Żyła - Vice-President of the Bank Management Board.
