Subject:Executionof an agreement for coal supplies with Metalimex a.s.

Bodyof the report:TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW") herebyreports that on 21 April 2022 a coal multi-annual agreement("Agreement") was entered into by and between Jastrzębska Spółka WęglowaS.A. with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój (acting in theAgreement as the "Seller") and Metalimex a.s. with its registered officein Prague, Czech Republic (acting in the Agreement as the "Buyer").TheAgreement was executed from April 2022 to December 2028. Under theAgreement, coal will be supplied to secure the production needs of OKKKoksovny a.s.._#160;Theestimate value of the Agreement is PLN 2.12 billion.Inconnection with the Buyer's significant share in JSW's customerportfolio, information about the executed Agreement is material due tosecuring stable coal sales in the long term.
