("Company", "JSW SA") hereby providesinformation about theeducation,qualifications and previous positions, together with a description ofthe career ofthecandidates to be members of the Supervisory Board in its 11th term ofoffice, elected by the employees:

PawełNieradzik

Hehas been an employee of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa since 2007.Currently, he is employed as the Chief Mechanic in the UndergroundMachinery Department at KWK Budryk. He graduated from the MechanicalTechnical High School in Mikołów as a mechanical technician. Hecontinued his education at the Silesian University of Technology inGliwice (management and production engineering with a specialization inbusiness management) where he obtained a degree as an engineer. Graduateof post-graduate courses of study at the AGH University of Science andTechnology in Cracow (in the field of coking coal and coke - moderntechnological and market-related challenges) and the Warsaw ManagementUniversity (MBA)._#160;

RobertKudelski

Hehas been an employee of JSW since 1993, currently working in theposition of Manager of the Investments and Mine Overhaul Department atKWK Borynia-Zofiówka. He completed the mining secondary school inJastrzębie-Zdrój with the title of underground mining machinery andequipment technician. Graduated from the Catholic University in Lublin,with a MA degree in management and marketing. He also completedpostgraduate studies at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice(in public procurement law and corporate project management, theUniversity of Silesia in Katowice (in human resources management) andthe Kraków University of Economics (MBA). Completed a number ofdevelopment courses and seminars among others in the area of: qualitymanagement system, application of the public procurement law andcontroller education program. He was a Supervisory Board member ofCentralne Zakłady Automatyki Hutnictwa S.A. in Katowice and TowarzystwoBudownictwa Społecznego "Daszek" Sp. z o.o. in Jastrzębie-Zdrój. Since2012, he has been a JSW Supervisory Board Member representing employees.

RobertŁazarczyk

Graduateof the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice at the Mining andGeology Faculty. In 1996, he obtained the_#160;title of engineer in MineDeposit Extraction Techniques. He defended his master's thesis in mineorganization and management in 1998. He has been involved in the miningindustry since 1991. He gained professional experience when working inthe Knurów Mine followed by the Knurów Section of theKnurów-Szczygłowice Mine.

Hestarted his work as a physical laborer and in subsequent years he tookpositions as a senior miner, shift crew leader, branch crew leader,supervisor and department head.

In2018 he took on the position of Chief Mining Engineer - Manager of theMining Department, which he still holds.

Amine rescue worker since 2002, and since 2007 he has served as theDeputy Manager of the Mine Station in the Mining Rescue Service in theKnurów Section.

In2020 he completed his post-graduate course of study with a Master ofBusiness Administration (MBA) at the Executive level at the CollegiumHumanum of the Warsaw Management University and he obtained educationalqualifications for candidates to become a member of a supervisory bodyin companies with the State Treasury as a shareholder.

ArkadiuszWypych

Graduateof the Faculty of Construction and Faculty of Mining and Geology of theSilesian University of Technology in Gliwice. He also completedpost-graduate MBA studies at the WSB Academy in Dąbrowa Górnicza. He hasbeen associated with JSW since 2007, working as an inspector at theMaterial Logistics Unit. In 2008, he was transferred to KWK Zofiówkawhere he acquired professional experience at the shaft division in thepositions of: specialist, mining technology inspector, supervisor andshift foreman. Currently, he is employed in the Investment Department ofKWK Borynia-Zofiówka as a senior foreman responsible for supervisingunderground investment projects. Completed numerous training sessionsand courses, including a course for candidates for supervisory boardsand management boards. In 2017, he passed an exam for candidates tobecome members of supervisory bodies before an examination commission inthe Prime Minister's Office. Since 2018, he has served as a member ofthe JSW SA Supervisory Board elected by the employees.

Theforegoing persons do not conduct activity competitive to that of theCompany, nor are they involved in any competing company as a partner ina civil law company or partnership or as a member of a corporate body ofa capital company, or participate in another competing legal person as amember of its corporate body. In addition, they are not entered in theRegister of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of theNational Court Register Act and in the National Register of IndebtedPersons kept pursuant to the Act of 6 December 2018 on the NationalRegister of Indebted Persons.

Moreover,the aforementioned personssubmittedstatements that they satisfy the independence criteria specified intheAct of 11 May 2017 on Statutory Auditors, Audit Firms and PublicSupervision, as well as on their actual and significant affiliationswith a shareholder holding at least 5% of the overall number of votes inthe company.
