Subject:Entrusting the performance of the duties of the Vice-President of theManagement Board for Development

Inreference to Current Report No. 21/2022 on the appointment of themembers of the JSW Management Board to its 11th term of office, theManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("Company", "JSW")informs that today the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolutionto entrust Mr. Tomasz Cudny with the performance of the duties of theVice-President of the Management Board for Development from the date ofthe new 11th term of office, i.e. as of the day of holding the Company'sOrdinary Shareholder Meeting convened to be held on 3 June 2022 untilthe date of appointing the Vice-President of the Management Board forDevelopment. In this period, Mr. Tomasz Cudny will also continue toserve as the President of the JSW Management Board.

Theinformation required by the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted bySecurities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the InformationRequired by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent waspresented in Current Report No. 21/2022 of 10 May 2022 on theappointment of Mr. Tomasz Cudny to be the President of the JSWManagement Board.
