[Company, JSW]hereby reports that the Company received, from the Regional Court inGliwice, the 10th Commercial Division, a copy of the statement of claimto repeal Resolution no. 7 adopted by the Ordinary Shareholder Meetingon 16 June 2023 regarding the distribution of JSW's net profit for thefinancial year ended 31 December 2022, filed by a shareholder of theCompany, who is a natural person.TheCompany believes that the action is groundless and the Management Boardintends to take appropriate legal steps to protect the Company'sjustified interest. The Company will inform the shareholders aboutfurther steps in this case in separate current reports.
