Executionof a memorandum of agreement with the trade unions regarding thedisbursement of an additional one-off bonus for JSW S.A. employees

Bodyof the Report:

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company")hereby reports that on 13 October 2023 a memorandum of agreement wasexecuted between the JSW Management Board and the Representative TradeUnion Organizations ("Memorandum of Agreement") ending the collectivedispute launched by the trade unions on 1 August 2023. Having conducteda mediation procedure, the parties agreed that on 27 October 2023, anadditional one-off bonus will be paid out to JSW employees.

Theamount of the additional one-off bonus will not exceed the gross amountof PLN 303 million and will be charged to the Company's profit and lossfor Q3 2023.Thisinformation has been recognized as material due to the significant shareof labor costs in the overall operating costs of the Company.
