Subject:Extension of the duration of the JSW Stabilization Closed-end InvestmentFund

TheManagement Board of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa S.A. [_quot;JSW_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;]hereby reports that on 30 January 2024 it gave consent to extend theduration of the JSW Stabilization Closed-end Investment Fund [_quot;FIZ_quot;] foranother 3 years, i.e. until 30 December 2027, leaving the possibility ofextending the FIZ's duration for a maximum of 3 years.

Atthe same time, the Management Board hereby reports that on 30 January2024 it adopted a resolution to convene the FIZ Investor Meeting, withan agenda including, among other things: adoption of a resolutiontoextend the duration of the FIZ.

TheCompany will report the adoption of the resolution by the FIZ InvestorMeeting in a separate current report.
