Subject:Changesin the composition of the JSW_#160;S.A. Supervisory Board - supplementaryinformation to Current Report No. 6/2024 and Current Report No. 6/K/2024

Body of the Report:

Asa supplement to Current Report No. 6/2024 and Current Report No.6/K/2024 of 12 February 2024, the Management Board of Jastrzębska SpółkaWęglowa S.A. ("JSW", "Company") hereby encloses information about theeducation, qualifications and previous positions, together with adescription of the professional career of the persons appointed to theCompany's Supervisory Board of the 11th term of office.

Atthe same time, the JSW Management Board hereby reports that inaccordance with the submitted representations, the persons appointed tothe Company's Supervisory Board are not involved in any activitiescompetitive to those carried out in JSW. The persons appointed as of 13February 2024 to the Company's Supervisory Board are not involved in anycompeting business as partners in a civil law company or partnership oras shareholders of a company, nor do they participate in any competinglegal person as members of its corporate body. The newly appointedpersons are not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors keptpursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act and in theNational Register of Indebted Persons kept pursuant to the Act of 6December 2018 on the National Register of Indebted Persons.
